BioNano gold substrates are produced on glass slides with a variety of size, shape and glass type. The films are grown in controlled high vacuum deposition systems resulting in very smooth surfaces with very low root mean square roughness.

Gold film thickness of 10, 50 and 100 nm is available as standard with different thickness values available upon request. PHASIS can coat the glass with or without a titanium adhesion layer.
